5 shots no mag or 45 consistent damage because this 41 BS is ridiculous. There is 0 room to miss a shot or you are dead.

The team did not intend for the Wingman to be a full auto Deagle like the mentioned in the live-balance update. With the skullpiercer it can still be an extremely devastating weapon if you don't miss shots. The magazine attachments can still make it attractive in late game scenarios if you want to pop off a lot of shots from the distance.

Do you want the magazine size to be increased or overall damage of the weapon increased? Would you be fine with the magazine size if the skullpiercer had increased damage, but perhaps more rare to find?
