Wingman Skin never received from season 5.. (paid season pass)

Hi, since my last topic I didn't get any reaction, after questions which I answered, so here's a small recap:

So I basically reached level 100 of season 5 and had the screen with the awards,

Thing is I had to go in vacations without my computer, so I never checked the reward..

Since new season, it never arrived..

Proof of me reaching the level:

you can see my battlepass season 5 level (the one with rampart, it says level 100).

I should also have obtained the keystone reward, but neither of both skin are on my skin tab.

Finally I obtained my level 100 battlepass by winning a game with Lifeline the 14/08/20.

NB: the spitfire skin is a proof of me having the paid version of the season pass
