Why hasnt Wingman strafe speed been nerfed yet??

I honestly dont understand why this is still in the game. This has to be one of the most frustrating and stupid things in the game, running into a tiny hitbox character like Wraith or Lifeline who is using a Wingman and strafing at super human speed making them extremely difficult to hit.

Wingman is good enough as it is without having the massive advantage of extremely fast strafe speed. You consistently see high level streamers and Apex Predators use this gun any time they can get it because its still overpowered.
