Weapon spawns

Please fix the weapon spawns. I literally runned around in Skull Town and got no weapons.

So its not only me then.
I havent played this game for 3 weeks and come back to find almost no weapons wherever I started. I have a very vivid memory of this game providing a lot more weapons 3 weeks ago.
