Return the Wingman magazine, reduce Pistol strafe speed

My fundamental issue with the Wingman is how hard it can be to hit someone using it, due to the insane strafe speed

This is why its such an effective long range weapon is that, DESPITE the bullet drop, someone using a sniper is gonna be relatively slow and easy to hit

Someone using a wingman is zipping back and forth, very difficult to hit
