Raw Damage Numbers, TTK is fine

Decided to do some numbers and * for the base model guns (Read, no attachments) to show damage potentials. Seems to me, if you're not killing your target in one magazine, you should probably just practice landing your shots. Also the Mozambique is garbage, don't @ me.

I agree, but most people , even though they throw around the term "potato aim" , are actually pretty garbage at shooting these days. The quality in peoples aim has been dropping since all these twitch shooters have been a thing for a pretty long time now, long enough that a generation of gamers only know low ttk/twitch shooters. its all reaction time now, but I sincerely hope thats not what this game becomes, I enjoy this game a lot, aiming does  A LOT of good, and despite what some are saying, 1 vs 3 is Very possible on this game. I hope the dev's are listening and truly don't  make this into be every other BR/shooter, i find the run around hyped up on a case  mountain dew style of fps to be so extremely mind numbing.

I think whats happening is people are unloading entire magazines "into people" but they are actually just unloading the magazine....and only somewhat hitting, but most games thats enough for a kill. You just pick a high fire rate weapon, shoot 30~ rounds in .2 seconds and land 2% of them and get a kill. i guarantee thats whats happening here with a lot of people, they are just not used to having to lay down a consistent amount of fire and be on target the whole time, spray and pray will not save you. If people keep playing and the devs leave it as is, people will improve because they will develop muscle memory for the much atrophied aiming part of there skill set.

★★ Guide

Now throw in 100 variables(like player movement or gun recoil) instead of going into training and shooting a standing target. You proved absolutely nothing.

in my honest opinion i think the TTK is fine. I just think there needs to be a few adjustments to some of the guns and classes. I think shotguns are very OP. they need to be nerfed a little. i think all snipers are very weak right now. they need a immediate buff. aq very tweaks and i think we could a real good balance in the game.

We need those sweet dmg numbers on game as clear and concise as possible.

Also please fix Snipers, right now only G7 Scout is feasible enough due to high fire rate.

Thx OP, nice!

G7 is better for mid to close because of its fire rate but its is a horrible option if your doing any thing distance. the other snipers, while slower, make it up plenty in damage. Longbow with a skull pierce mod for instance can do 110 in a head shot. Kraber is about 225 i believe for a headshot. While triple take is stronger generally than Longbow, I prefer the longbow because i love the 110 headshot damage as it is very punishing on enemies ( yes need mod but still), I have scored a 402 meter kill with it which has also made me fond of it. At a distance you need as much damage as possible because little hits will just make the enemy back off and recover, and the G7, while fast, simply cant put that high damage, surprise knock down on your victims.

The G7 should be regarded as more of a DMR than a sniper, at least as far as I see it. And yes, I know the longbow says DMR, but it seems way more sniper like. The G7 is like the AR15 of H1Z1, single fire, can be quick, but lacks power of an actual sniper. Or like the DMR vs the actual sniper of Halo reach.

TL;DR Sniper are fine if you use either Longbow or Kraber, both can knock people very fast if your shots are good. G7 is like an AR15 and Triple Take is kinda Meh.
