Rampage "aim delay" feels buggy+sluggish [ Edited ]

 Whats with the weird aim-delay on the Rampage. It makes so your Yaw on controller feel like it has a joint or something.

I aim straight at an enemy but it over-aims and misses all the time.

It feels "sluggish" somehow.

It feels like its rotating around the center of it, because it moves in the opposite direction at the stock. Animation looks and feels weird.

Youre supposed to be holding your rifle with your shoulder too, so it shouldnt move at the stock.
