Called your help office wich informed me this was the best way to get something done,
I have just spent between between 2 weeks $400 dollars on your game trying to get this wraith knife and another over $100 ish dollars before this attempt in multiple transactions. I am now opening packs that contain only crafting metals and I was under the assumption that the knife is 1 in 500 guaranteed on 500. I am well over that number and have not gotten it. My question. Is there anything we can do about this rather then what one of your reps said "tough luck go spend more money". Cause I really dont want to think of this game as a milk machine like everyone else. And give up on respawn games all together.
