Apex Legends currently has one bonus Heirloom Set available, which contains three items for Wraith. When a player opens an Apex Pack, there is a <1% probability of an Heirloom Set dropping. Heirloom Set drops do not deduct an Apex Pack from your inventory. Heirloom Sets cannot be crafted with Crafting Metals. A player cannot open more than 500 Apex Packs without receiving an Heirloom set (assuming the player does not own all of the available Heirloom Sets). Once a player owns all of the Heirloom Sets, the player will not be eligible for this bonus until more Heirloom Sets are added to the game.

What happens when the bug occurs? I was told by an EA advisor to report this issue here because they cannot rectify the issue on their end. I opened my 507th crate today. I’ve spent hundred and hundreds of dollars on the game. I love the game and love supporting a developer I like. However I am really disappointed I haven’t received the wraith kunai heirloom set. It says under FAQs on your 500th crate you receive it. Yea? So where is it. I have the log and screen shot of the chat with the advisor directing me here to the bugs forum for help rectifying the issue. Please help.

So far all the reports we've seen on this appear to point towards the system working correctly. I forwarded your account to Respawn to verify and it looks like 500 have not been opened yet. I'm confident you'll receive one soon.
I have this same issue! Did the developers help you at all? I feel mine is broken. I opened a pack and got the knife pose, but never received the actual heirloom after opening tons of packs and spending lots of money to try and get it. I play on PC but have this same issue.
