@Tperodactyl R99/R301 will both drill you if someone can shoot. Wingman can 1 mag 2 people quite easily. Longbow/G7/TT obviously can. Peacekeeper/Eva can.

It's a minority of guns that can't 1mag you :S

In fact, pretty much every weapon can on clip, especially with decent increased magazines.

Even mozabique can  one clip unarmored with the hop up or with headshots.
