Mastiff as base weapon was a horrible idea

Literally an easier to hit, higher damage Peacekeeper. And Peacekeeper was already overpowered back in the day. I don't care that there's a plethora of threads regarding the Mastiff already. Get rid of it or nerf it, it's not that difficult and can't possibly take more than an hour to implement let alone weeks.

@Imterriblehelpme It doesn't even need a nerf in my opinion, it's meant to be a strong a** shoutgun. If the mastiff were to get a nerf then I'm pretty sure no one would use it or any shotgun of that matter.

@Imterriblehelpme We just need more shotguns because PK should never come back in ground loot unless they make choke a hop up again.
