It's unreal that I can loot all of Water Treatment, all of the small area in-between that and skulltown, all of the area left of it heading to diving board and not find anything better than an Evo shield while my team sports whites. Then we run up on a fully purped out team. Your loot distribution makes this game not fun and non skill based. I can do anything against a full team of purples with 125 HP. I could barely do anything against a full team even if one of my team had a purple. The balance is so bad it favors one team while the rest suffer to find small side arms and no shields. How is that skill based? It's random chance.
