Issue with the havoc

Ever since the legendary hunt event update every time I pick up the havoc it has 24 rounds .even after I reload the gun !!! didn't It have 32 rounds? Was there a change made to this weapon again? Is it a new glitch or something?

Per the 1.2 Patch Known Issues List:

THE KNOWN ISSUES POST 1.2 PATCH

• Havoc and Devotion base ammo reduced.

  • This was an unintentional change that will be reverted.
