Give devotion a horizontal recoil also

Hey devs, now it's time to adjust the devotion, there are 2 options for it

1- Put it in the care package

2- Add in it horizontal recoil

Justification:

Putting it in care package make it a rare weapon and it have limited ammo then, no one will be able to use it in full game. Also care packages doesn't land immediately after the game start, so in start no one will be able to use devotion. 

Now the horizontal recoil is necessary because, when you start devotion it give an upward kick that is adjusted by slight movement of mouse or stick, because it has a huge magazine losing 5 to 8 bullets in air isn't any problem, because you have remaining 40 to 50 bullets to spray on ememies, I think 15 are enough to kill someone, so add horizontal recoil or don't make it stop after some vertical recoil, it might kick on each bullet.. Please fix it.

@AsadNonari So the problem with putting it back in the care package is that all the current care package weapons' have counterparts on ground loot, meaning to put something new in there would have to be 4 care package weapons.

Recoil isn't the only way to nerf the devotion, removing turbocharger would be a great start and if the damage were brought down by 2 or even 3 it would be pretty balanced.
