This is confusing can u drop the apex heirloom rate from 500 to 300 and bring back r99 on the ground

@XrayVoidX Maybe just bring it to 350 - 450 because there us a reason why they want it so high and I agree about the r-99 being ground loot but it’s all confusing on how that would work.
