$700 in Apex packs and no Heirloom?

this not cool as i have spent over $700 myself in the past 3 days and i have EVERYTHING unlocked as i have spent almost $1500 in total on a free game. and i  have accumulated over 50k in crafting material, they cannot check? you mean to tell me that you can accept my money but you cannot tell whether or not what it was used for ? this is ridiculous. i want what i paid for and i want it now.
