Unravel crashing on startup

Forr some reason my last post was deleted.

I purchased unravel via origin and it constantly crashes

Can you please help or will I request a refund.

And about the game issue, found the solution o Reddit: "Seems the problem is with K-lite codec pack. Try either updating it (I updated to version 11.9) or uninstalling. Updating worked for me."

Same here. It crashes at start up.

Both look exactly the same, but the message about a "bad node" is definitely showing up!

Since I copied the URL while I was physically looking at the page, in another tab on Firefox, AHQ is having some browser problems today.  Nevertheless, happy to hear of your success at solving the problem.  Thanks for bringing us up to date!   I've been back there, and it still shows the same URL, and still is refused by the website.

Unravel keeps crashing for me too but I don't even have the K-lite codec pack installed. Spent a day with EA support and had no progress
