Mission Winter Sun can't begin. The button doesn't show to start

I have a problem in the mission Winter Sun I can't begin the mission. I completed The Letter.

Do I have to collect all of the buttons so I can proceed? I have collected some of them.

The button to start the mission doesn't appear.

What platform are you playing on ?

You don't need all the buttons to continue. Did you try walking back and forth a bit to see if it shows up ?
