Unravel 2 showing black after opening cutscene

After the opening cutscene in Unravel 2, my screen goes black. I still hear the sound of the game but can't see.

are you on PC ?

 

If so, could you post your Computer's DxDiag?

unfortunately, your computer is below minimum requirements for the game.

 

Your CPU is rather weak and you only have a graphic chip but you would need a dedicated card.

 

I would contact support to get a refund for the game.
