'Saving Game Face, Please Wait...'

I have made a game face and I'm staring at a screen that's saying 'Saving Game Face' and it isn't doing anything. Please help!!!

Yes, I have installed every plugin needed for this, and yes I am running on an up to date Mozilla Firefox browser. My computer is above minimum requirements by a country mile too.

PLEASE HELP.
