Online ranked matches not working!

I can't play any online ranked matches it keeps telling me " the session failed to load please try again". It's been like this for over a week now and is pretty frustrating. Please let me know what is going on.

Tried weeks ago and nothing. Tried again today with more locals searching the same weight class and still nothing. We've all opened our ports. We have all followed the link provided. The furthest we got was transitioning to game, then nothing happens after that. Rinse and repeat.
