Graphic problem

Hi I have purchased the game on 3 different occasions but everytime it's the same problem. The characters appear all blurred but all my other games are working fine on ps4

Can you take a screenshot of how the characters look in-game and upload it to an image hoster (e.g. imgur.com)?
