Game Face automatically tries to load old game face but game face wont load

For some reason when I log into game face, my old game face from 5 years ago tries to load without me wanting it to.  The old game face refuses to load and just sits there stuck on "Generating Game Face. Please Don't Close Your Browser." I have left it to load multiple times, once for 8 hours, once overnight, once for 3 hours, and another for 4+ hours.  No matter what I do, the old game face fails to load.  I have tried Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, and Google Chrome.  I have tried it on 3 different computers.  I have tried it on 2 different internet connections.  None of these things fixes the issue. 

I never even wanted the old game face in the first place. All I want to do is create a new one and have been trying to do so for 5 days.  I have not found a workaround to delete the old game face (e.g. no way to delete it through a different web page ect.)

What are my options??? Is there anyway an admin can delete the old game face for me? All I want to do is create a new game face and have no need for the one I created over 5 years ago.

Are you starting from the following link?

https://www.easports.com/gamefaceweb/

Once you sign in you can upload new images.

If a pre-existing GF is loading then you can delete it and create a new one.

Yes. I go to https://www.easports.com/gamefaceweb/ I enter my log in information. Once I submit my log in information the site automatically tries to download the game face I made 5 years ago.  This is when I get the message "Generating Game Face Please Don't Close Your Browser." There has been an error communicating with the server. If the page does not load, please refresh the page." 

Obviously refreshing the page does nothing, and the web page sits there with a spinning circle for hours on end. 

There is no opportunity to create a new game face, because the site automatically begins to generate the old game face without allowing me to press anything.

I have the same issue with "error communicating with the server", but I never created a previous game face. Any ideas? Anybody?

This is happening to me too, doesn't seem to be working. Anything I can do to be able to use this feature again?

I too saw that error message, I just left it to its own devices and after a while it had successfully made my GF.

I literally spent 2 hours waiting on this to make the GF but it never did. It's like it's stuck in thee for my account or something. I can't use it anymore. Already tried different browsers, computers, etc.... nothing works.

Any ideas on what else I can do?

Does your system meet the following requirements?

OS: Windows 7 SP1+, 8, 10; Mac OS X 10.8+
