Facial markers doesnt work

Im not able to place any facial markers on my image. My image doesnt show up when its time to position them keeps having the loading circle. how do i make the image appear so i can actually place the markers on the image?

Your image may not show up on step 3 and we are aware of that issue. Try to just skip step three and place your facial markers on step 4 of 5. If you need to flip your image horizontally or vertically you can do that 'blind' on step 3.
