EA Sports UFC Gameface [ Edited ]

My gameface downloaded successfully but it looks absolutely nothing like my gameface.  Why is this and will this get fixed at some point?  This is really the only reason why I bought this game, to be able to fight as myself.  If it doesn't get fixed, will I be able to get my money back?
