I created a Gameface years ago and from what I can tell it is the reason mine just sits on generating gameface for days on all browsers. Yes i meet the requirements, I'm assuming I need to get rid of the old picture and put a new one up but I load https://www.easports.com/gamefaceweb and it auto goes to https://www.easports.com/gamefaceweb/mygameface and sticks at generating gameface. Please don't point me to http://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/Gameface-keeps-loading-at-step-4/m-p/5737630 because that's not my problem and there isn't even a fix there. Yet every single time I read a post that has this exact problem this is the response. Kinda crappy my friend bought the game and can make a gameface just fine. Ive had your games for years and had the gameface for years yet that's the reason its jacking up. I would like an actual fix for this please.
