EA GAME FACE NOT WORKING 2018

I’ve tried and tried multiple times with different internet browsers, different pictures and I can’t get past the last step on the EA game face generator. It’s got to the point where I’m pissed now, it sucks because I keep trying and nothing works. It’s not me it’s the EA game face generator that’s broken. Please help, it keeps telling me error and they couldn’t generate the game face on step 5.

Same here. It stays on generating for a while, then it says there is an error and tells me to start over. Ive been trying for the past couple of days and can not seem to get past this step.

I’m having the same exact issue. Same step (the very last). Tried on MacBook Pro on latest safari and latest Firefox with same result.

And I've tried over wifi and hotspot 4g so it ain't the connection.
