SO after 4 days of investigation specialist team and 3 advisors and teling me i quote" YOUR CASE IS IN GOOD HANDS EA" they could not give me enything for my mising rank 12 reward joe louzon orange rarety that i did not get 50 abilitie's that i did not get and 10 energy that i did not get.then advisor start treathend me how can EA close my acccount if i am lying,and when i told them and willing it gave them MY IP adres so they can investigete advisore PAUL told me sory i cant grant you eny compensation,i am realy sory but i can't help you,so EA could not hel me and i know i am admin on one of the FB paige's i even advertise them i play from the start buying left and right and i have most finishe's careere in the world 300 careere's finished mif EA cat give me what is rightfuly mine then god by,play store is full of game's i am not playing this eny more this is 5th time they can't help me and i lost fighters gold abilities and stuf .THEY HELPE'D ME ZERO TIME'S .customer servise is nothing like don't exist they can ony give fighter pack with regular fighter;and like i sad i am admin i know they can grant and compensete you with pro pack and gold BUT PURE AND SIMPLE THEY WHONT.nice job EA i never seen someone doing this to their custuomers
