Watch the ads problem [ Edited ]

I am not able to watch the ads,plz help me out regarding this, tried everything but cant able and nothing gonna work for me, like clear the cache, force stop and then open, also uninstalling and the redowndload it but nothing hqppens

This looks to be device related then. I would reach out to Samsung support to see if they are aware of any settings that can block ads or a reason why it's not showing up on your device. 

A factory reset of the device could potentially fix it, but you'll want to make sure you back up all your photos and any other downloads you want saved. Not ideal, but that could be an option too.

 Hey there! 

I think this could be related to an ad blocker. Can you try this and let me know if it works?

1. Force close the app
2. Turn off your ad-blocker under your device's settings
3. Load up the game

@EA_Blueberry  i have no ad blocker setting and which setting i have its already off, but i am not able to watch the ad

As long as you're not playing on guest mode your progress will be saved if you login to the game with Google/Apple when re-installing the game.

I recommend checking your device for updates, restart your device, and reinstall the game before attempting again. Please attempt these steps below:

We also have steps on how to reset your advertising ID for your device which has helped players for Madden Mobile who experience trouble watching ads. 

For iOS:

1. Close your game

2. Go to your device settings

3. Go to Privacy

4. Scroll down to Advertising

5. Reset Advertising Identifier

6. Restart your device

7. Launch the game again

For Android:

1. Close your game

2. Go to settings

3. Go to Google: Services & preferences

4. Go to Ads

5. Click on "Reset advertising ID"

6. Click OK

7. Restart your device

8. Launch the game again
