Okay.. hear this out.

 

I have filed 2 support tickets in the last 48 hours. Not a single response from anyone.

I have sent multiple DM's to multiple EA employees. Not a single response from anyone.

 

Where do I need post / message to get an actual response from a living human being that is employed at Electronic Arts? 

 

The issue is this, I have no problem spending money on a game I enjoy, however when its literally a scam, I do have an issue with it.

I bought $100 of UFC points multiple times.. However, when I bought them on May 9th, I woke up the next day noticing the markets are gone/changed and my $100 US Dollars is now worth $25.60 US Dollars..

 

I have requested a refund, declined, I submitted a review on it, declined.

How is this not a scam? Do the right thing and either refund or grant me the proper amount of coins..

The pricing in game is still 12,000 UFC Points for $99.99 in North America. I'm not aware of any change in the amount of points on the store. Our staff is not able to refund the points as those transactions go through a players Apple or Google account, however they can check to make sure you've received all your points and whether they were spent. 

Please provide a proof of purchase of those 12,000 points from your Apple or Google Play store history and attach it to your case when getting back in touch with our team.

I have purchased MANY items from you guys in the passed.. Had an issue with a 4 star pack not granting, however that was fixed and I was refunded.

 

However, this one has made me very ticked off seeing that Ive made several tickets and the only response was a decline without an explanation.

 

I bought $100 on May 7th, On May 10th you guys removed the market for fighters and raised the points given out for spending $100 by A 4x VALUE.

Needless to say, I have 3100 UFC points that I spent $100 on is now worth $25.60, and I cant buy any fighters because the market was removed because they are changing the value..

 

Please grant me the 9K points.

It has been 3 Business days and I have still yet to receive a response.

 

I fulfilled your request and provided my evidence on this case.

I ask for an update or any type of communication so I can figure out on how to proceed with this game.
