Champions in this game

Hello, i just wanted to ask you guys, where or how can i find all the UFC champions in this game. I spent some money to buy gold and i already have only 1 champion edition fighter and i would like to have all the 5 champs for each class. I just have LightWeight champions Max Holloway and i would like to have the other class champions from events..for this i would like to know, where i can find all the class champions in this game or which event will be next ect..
