I know it's an old thread but they just lost my account. year and a half of progress. they just suggested i made a new account. I can't do anything with my facebook account. i can't start a new game. So i should make a new fb account just to start all from the beginning. thanks a lot, Never again EA

Since 2016 a lot of people lost their progress like me with 0x1 error. TechSupport cann't anything, their answers with no sense, forum without developers feedback, etc. They suggested to create new account, BUT by Facebook policies One person - one FB account. Its so sorrowfully and stupid.

Not only did I try all steps, I tried on other devices, I opened 3 cases, waited for "team of specialists" to answer me, Sorry we can't help you with your error, we suggest to make a new account. 

 

 

 

I have newer account but who would play after losing a year and a half of progress. I'm not crazy.  The thing is, I can't even save progress from guest account linking it to an old facebook account that i was using previously.  So it's really strange that once your account is lost or whatever it is, you can't use it for starting a new game, not that I would ever want it.

Well I'm sure they try a bit more with people that buy gold regularly..Good I didn't wasted real money on this game. I could never get the same fighters I've collected in this lifetime.

Uninstall your game and reinstall it from play store.and then make sure you got high speed internet connection and then try to login to your account
