Summarize your bug I recently opend a birthday pack on the ultimate team store I Opend the pack and it crashed I closed the application and restarted the game once I go to join my ultimate team it brings up the items from the pack and freezes with no response happens every time everything else works fine but soon as I join ultimate team it crashes showing the packs I Opend last night plz fix this iv tried everything to deliting files and reinstalling game nothing works plz help thanks 👍

What happens when the bug occurs? Game freezes when I join ultimate team showing packs I Opend

I had the same problem yesterday but after a few hours a fighter update was released an that fixed it, i had a corrupt created fighter in ultimate team that’s why I froze but obviously I was stuck on the pack so I couldn’t delete it
