Ultimate Team on UFC 3.

Ok so I started Ultimate Team game mode on ufc 3, then didnt have time to play for a long time. I forgot everything they teach you about how all the card work. So I delete all my fighters, hoping to start over. Now I have no way to create or obtain a new fighter. Did I seriously just screw myself out of that game mode?
