Ufc 3 ultimate team crash

Hi I'd like some help i opened a birthday pack in the ultimate team store once I opened my loot it crashed iv restarted the game once I join ultimate team it brings the loot up from the birthday pack nothing responds its been happning since last night anyone able help out why its happend probably a bug in the new update

It's some sort of bug they left was it a birthday loot box you opened mate? Total joke this hopefully they fix it as iv tried everything

JUST got off the phone with e a they fixed mine go into settings then click account management and click restore licenses then restart the console and it will work

Restored licence didn't work I delited saved data nothing and I delited my account readded it still nothing contacted support nothing is helping

Yeh I have this same glitch I opened the pack and my game crashed and I can’t go back to the menu
