I cannot use gameface

I cannot upload an image to gameface and use it in game because I do not remember the password for the ea account that I linked with my ps4 and I do not remember the password for the gmail address that I created for the account. Is there any way I can make a new ea account and link it this new one to my ps4. I just bought ufc 3 and having problems with this. I wanted to upload my face to play career mode.
