trouble changing gameface account

Hi

I am having trouble loading my game face to the UFC2 game.

I created my gameface using the email address that is the same as my xbox account.

I previoulsy had an ea account which I set up using an old email address that I can no longer access.

The game shows that it is linked to my old email address (must have done this automatically), but as I cant use that email address I'm now unsure how to link it to my current email address.

Please help!
