try deleting the last CAF you made in customize - it worked for me and another person and now I can play online modes again

This is typical EA Sports. The same thing with the last UFC game. They will have you get a degree in opening ports on your router and reset/cycle your console. Even if you do those things it wont work in most cases. Trust me, I have spent many hours doing this. The fact is, they are just interested in selling games. The could care less if their servers weren't built to handle the amount of online play. Its BS but greed rules all my friend.

Accept the fact that EA Sports don't give a *. They will give you the same troubleshooting instructions over and over again until doomsday.

Been having this issue since EA UFC 1 as well. Did all the troubleshooting steps including port opening/forwarding, trace route and pathping. When the EA tech specialist analyzed the trace route and pathping, all I got back was that the issue was with my network. No steps on how to fix it. Extremely frustrated. Love the game, but with no multiplayer mode, I'm ready to get rid of it. Spoke with a customer service rep over a month ago who said they were rolling out a patch in a week. Fast forward 5 weeks and there's still been no patch.
Frustrated to say the least.

Unfortunately not me. I no longer have any CAF, and still can't play online. Willing to do pretty much anything to get to play online at this point.

No go on the deleting CAF for me. Deleted all of them, still unable to play any form of online matches.
