Creating my gameface when adjusting the image, the image doesnt load

Hii.. I also faced this problem same..

Soo if u r using chrome then clear all ur history n catch files from settings n same goes with Firefox .. 

N i sugges u Firefox . 

And use bigger size of image in resolution pixels .. 

Front face should be clear .. 

Lilbit lite tone skin . 

Same goes with side face.. 

Nd u can also use paint app in window.. 

Me using windows 10

Go to pic . Just right click n open with paint. 

On the top there is a option of resize the photo . 

U can use that.. 

Nd at last i want to say use better high definition camera .. 

Yeh i know phones cam is also better now a days but if u want more realistic face then go for high definition camera .. 🎥🙏👍

I just wanna tell u . EA face side is just awesome.. 

But if you all are facing this problem then

Here is some tips.. 

Use high definition camera . ( for better game face  ) 

For high resolution n pixels.. 

Front face should be in middle focus . 

Lilbit lite tone skin. 

And same goes with side.. 

And when u r using this EA sports face site.. 

Keep your webpage in normal 100 % zoom.. 

.... 

Tips n tricks.. 

Go to photo just right click n open with paint 

Then u can see there is a option of resize on the top left side... 

Me using windows 10..

And the most important thing clear all catch files n history ( cookies n all ) from Internet browser settings for best result .. 

And yeh we can also use phone cam

But remember that you will always get great quality in professional cam .

It's now February 2020 and this is evidently still an issue. I am unable to adjust the side image as it won't display in the box and it's not possible to skip this stage without that image being loaded, the "next" box is greyed out...

Are you trying to upload a picture of yourself or something else you've downloaded online? 

Have you tried resizing the image, clearing the browser's cache, or tried a different browser? 

Errors are bound to happen with this service for users when they're trying to upload all sorts of images from different types of browsers that could have different settings, plugins, and so forth. There was a recent issue with the service impacting a lot of users which the team identified. So far, we're not seeing the type of volume we had before to indicate an issue but rather standard technical troubleshooting issues that arise when user are trying to upload various images that might not be compatible or can be worked out through troubleshooting.

Hi there,

I have seen many post related to a similar issue but only as recent as a year ago. I have recently tried creating my game face for UFC 3. I am able to navigate through the whole process; upload my pictures, edit where the green icons should go but when I get to the last step and click upload it reads a message that says: "We had problems uploading your photos, please try again". I am using an updated Mac computer with google chrome. My pictures fit the correct criteria for size and file format so I am not sure why this is happening. Can someone please help?
