Can't play any online features

I've got this problem too, on the Xbox one, the weird thing is my dad's account can play online but mine can't, it's not age restriction I have full access. Account is connected fine. There should be no problem. I've got shared xbox live so idk but I've had the battlefield 1 since last November and i haven't been able to play online. Same problem with star wars battlefront.

I am having the same issue. By any luck, was your problem fixed @MeadsyBoro? 

I guess EA can't ban an account which hasn't logged in yet. But it says account locked. This is kind of frustrating.
