Okkay., These step by step workarounds... did work for me

FIXING TITANFALL LAUNCH CRASHING
______________________________________________________________
Step 1

Disable firewall and antivirus:

I would suggest that you try temporarily disabling
any firewalls you have running on your system: - •
Software firewalls can simply be turned off, usually
by right clicking on the icons
near your clock and selecting "Close" or "Exit". •
Hardware firewalls should be bypassed by going from
the computer directly to your modem, skipping any
router you may have.

Open Windows Firewall by clicking the Start button ,
clicking Control Panel, clicking Security, and then clicking
Windows Firewall.
Click Turn Windows Firewall on or off. If you are prompted
for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password
or provide confirmation.
Click Off (not recommended), and then click OK.

__________________________________________________________________

step 2

1. Hold down the Ctrl, Alt, and Delete keys at the same time
and select task manager.
2. Click the "Processes" tab.
3. Click on the gray bar in the middle column that says User
Name to sort by user name.
4. Do NOT select anything for SYSTEM, LOCAL SERVICE, or
NETWORK SERVICE.
5. Click on anything besides EXPLORER and TASKMGR for this
User Name or other user names.
6. Click on END PROCESS
7. Repeat these steps until only explorer.exe and taskmgr.exe
are open for this user profile.

___________________________________________________________________

step 3

Delete Temporary Folder:

1. Double click on "My Computer"
2. Double click on the C: drive
3. Double click on the "Windows" folder.
4. Double click on the "Temp" folder.
5. Hold the "CTRL" key and tap the "A" key to select all.
6. Tap the "Delete" key on your keyboard and accept the
"Are you sure you want to delete these files" prompt.

Press the windows key+R and then type " %temp% ''
and then delete everything from there as well.

___________________________________________________________________

step 4

Disable the Origin In-Game Overlay

1 From the Origin menu, select Application Settings.
2 Select the In Game tab.
3 Uncheck Enable Origin In Game and click Done.

___________________________________________________________________

step 5

Malcolm
Opening TCP or UDP Ports

1 Click on the 'Start' button on your Windows Taskbar.
2 Click on 'Control Panel'
3 In the search box type 'firewall'
4 Click on the 'Windows Firewall' option that appears
5 In the left pane click 'Advanced Settings'
6 If you are prompted for an administrator password or
confirmation, type the password for confirmation.
If not, please skip to the next step.
7 In the left pane of the 'Windows Firewall with Advanced
Security' dialog box click 'Inbound Rules'
8 In the right pane, click 'New Rule'
9 This will cause a New Inbound Rule Wizard to run where
you will be able to enter the relevant port number and to
select either 'TCP' or 'UDP'
Add as a port

Add following ports

TCP/HTTP: 80, 443, 9988, 20000-20100, 22990, 17502, 42127
UDP: 8125; 25000-25099; 30000 – 30099

_____________________________________________________________________

step 6

CLEAN BOOT : You Need to Clean boot your system to
apply Changes so please follow the steps and Clean boot your system:

1. Press and hold the 'Windows' Key followed by the 'R'
key to open up a prompt window.
2. In the prompt window, type 'msconfig.'
3. When you have finished typing, click OK.
At this point, you should now see the multi-tabbed System
Configuration dialog box.
4. Click on the 'General' tab
5. Choose the 'Selective startup' option
6. Uncheck the 'Load startup items' box.
7. Open the 'Services' tab.
8. Check the 'Hide all Microsoft services'
option at the bottom of the tab.
9. Click the 'Disable all' button.
10. When prompted, restart your computer.

And if the Origin for some reason does not start in clean reboot.

Just reboot your PC again with the startuo load on msconfig.

+ among all otehr stuff you had in startup in the first place.

Thanks to this guide goes to EA Live chat help.

Most of us are not experiencing a crash on launch, we are experiencing a crash mid-game. This is a separate issue.

Also, turning off all of your security and spending 15 minutes of prep every time you want to play the game is laughable.

Do you think you can elaborate a bit more on this? Did you set Titanfall to run on only the first two cores?

it seems like ea doesn't care anymore, this same problem has been around for quite a while with most of their bigger games. if they cared any level about their fan base it would of been fixed when it first showed up

hi there i have never posted on this forum before so not sure if i should reply as its a few weeks old but i have found that if you go into the install location folder and locate the .exe file, right click, properties, comatibility, and select run in compatibility mode for 'your operatinmg system' which for me is windows 7, stops it crashing in game

B7_Dank: It doesn't fix the crash I encountered, that is:

http://answers.ea.com/t5/Titanfall/Titanfall-crashes-in-menu-screen-via-materialsystem-dx11-dll-not/...

It may fix some other bug, but I still get crashes at the Private Lobby screen.
