I bought a xbox 360 card with 13 months of Gold with Titanfall. I speaked with a Microsoft  Employee more than 3 hours and they could not help me. How do I activate Titanfall? Please I need help

Okay have you tried to activate Titanfall via your code redemption functon on your dashboard (you can do it via the XBL store or the menu if you press the Xbox button on your controller) and if yes, what kind of error message you got?
