Undeserved ban

I’ve been banned for an inappropriate ultimate team name which i’ve had since the start of the game but all of a sudden been banned no warning or nothing. It would be very unfair for me to be perma banned for something that would literally take a minute to change and if that would mean to be on my last chance then so be it, i’ve emailed them about it but no answer back, wonder the time frame that they typically would answer back in that section of the department, thanks

What game are you playing? This was posted on the Titanfall boards. This game doesn't have an Ultimate Team mode. Regardless, it can take a few weeks to hear back on a dispute.
