I have tried loading the game for last 5 hours and have even troubleshooted with microsoft on what the issue is.
game starts to load and then stops and will not go any further. first time loaded and then started update and stopped at 48 percent and then stopped and crashed the xbox1.
Below is the final conclusion from Microsoft. Can anyone help to get the game going?

Gons: No need for that since we have done it twice if the installation still not pushed through I will be needing you to contact EA Games regarding about this and we need to ask information if there is an on-going problem on their end.
