Titanfall laggy/"stuttering" gameplay?

So, after having my Origin Overlay disabled and getting random pauses during gameplay every 20-30 seconds which fix themselves after about a second, these issues seem to have magically resolved themselves. Unfortunately, I now have the unfortunate problem of what I can only describe as laggy gameplay. It's very stutter-y, thus making it hard to play. No, it's not my ping or my connection, as both are good and I have no issues with other games. So, any ideas here?

The only problem I saw in the DxDiag was the profusion of drivers for input devices.  The Frostbite engine is unhappy with more than two controllers or joysticks / gamepads connected at once.
