Go to your custom settings of your video-card software. Disable all extra options for enhanced graphics and set the preferences for AA and anisotropic to “use application settings”. Set the Titanfall graphic options to “low quality” or reduce AA and anisotropic filtering to a minimum.
Launch the game, if the issue is solved, you can try to set the graphic options higher.
You should re-install your Direct X and Microsoft .NET Framework. Make sure that you have the latest release version of your video-card driver. You can try to disable the Cloud Storage function in Origin and check if that helps to solve your issue.
Please keep us updated.

I have tried a clean install with my video card drivers, .NET framework, direct, and am still coming up with the same error.
I've set the options for the AMD video settings to be the lowest or to use application settings wherever possible and it has not made a difference.
