Titanfall UK preload error

When attempting to preload Titanfall here in the UK, I get the following message:

"An unexpected error has. Please try again in a few moments Error: 196620:0"

After looking at other solutions for above message, added origin to my firewall and anti-virus exclusions, but to no avail. I have also tested this by attempting to download another game that I purchased some time ago (Deadspace 3) but never installed and get the same message.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Solved thanks to EA chat advisor Nikhail. Thank you and you may list this as solved. Had to delete my temp files snd run as admnistrator.
