Titanfall Transfer [ Edited ]

I had Titanfall on Xbox 360 and I have Titanfall on Xbox One now. Am I able to transfer my game data?

@TwiistedFire  if you move from Xbox 360 to Xbox One, you have to play with a new Pilot and cannot transfer over your statistics from the 360 version.
