Retrying connection to server 3 days in a row, Xbox one

I haven't been able to play for 3 or more days now. I go to multi-player, I choose a game mode, it loads, it gets me to the load out screen having joined, there is a slight pause and then it's 'retrying connection to server' and I'm d/c.

This happens 9 out of 10 times. I have managed to play perhaps five full games out of 50 attempts. Sometimes I can play a minute of a game then a d/c. It was working fine a few days ago.

I can play bf4 no problem. Never get kicked off dragons teeth, can play for as long as I want. This seems to be a titanfall only problem.

Hello with this problem have you spoke to xbox? And if they tell you to talk to the owners of the game (EA) have you anyone off them. So that you can try and get this problem sorted. As if you do do this you may have trouble playing the game. 

And under the titanfall forums on the Answer HQ there is an Xbox ONE troubleshhot. Is there a way you can have a look at that as well for me thanks so much
