i bought titanfall because i wanted to try it out, when i played it i didnt like it very much, so i decided to refund it and i didnt get a message after 48 hours nor have i gotten a refund, i did the refund request on the 17th of july. please help.

Contact EA's support directly.
If I remember correctly - they do have a policy of "If you dont love it return it".
Sounds like you did not love it (don't blame you honestly on that title).
